Where we get stuck, how we might get free(er) in relationship
Embodiment Lab-On relation, this weekend
Dear One,
Yesterday, I asked a couple next to me what they learned from 44 years of marriage-
“Let it go” said the woman. “If you want to keep the relationship. If you don’t, keep hanging on, keep nagging on!”
Don’t you just know that’s true and truly want to?
I sense we all do, but often can’t. Relationships, especially intimate ones can feel so tight in those very moments asking us to let “it” go.
It’s not because we aren’t kind or smart or strong or enlightened enough! It’s because our bodies anchor habits of relating from deep seated attachment patterns, that our minds can’t just convince them to release.
Attachment wounds aren’t healed by knowing better. Not unless we nurture something deeper within and between us...
That is what we’ll explore in EMBODIMENT LAB hosted by Open Circle this
Sunday April 27!
Join us in transformational space to get unstuck and free(r) in relationships.
You will soften long-standing barriers to the closeness and fulfillment you seek, using the mirror of relation.
Leave more grounded and centered in your own body
Take away a practice of relating from that centered place with others in difficult moments.
You can ask questions, get live coaching and learn from a group of incredibly open, wise, and devoted peers and me, in real time.
