9/14 Embodiment Lab - on Purpose | 9/21 One Day of Love - Equinox Retreat
Last Sunday while sharing in a group, I heard myself say, “I don’t have any problems. I just have invitations.”
Truly, I’ve been living into this more and more, feeling more myself than ever. And not because my Life is free of pain. Far from it, actually. But because I know Life is a reflection of how I am. This isn’t idealism, it’s applied meta-physics.
I don’t mean it theoretically. I mean all the nitty gritty stuff we fret about- the big and little things. The scars on our faces, feelings of shame, the fat on our waists, fear of losing a job, an inevitable divorce, passing of loved ones, forgetting our purpose, the frenzy in our minds about it all…I mean all of it.
If you find resistance to the reframe of problems as invitations, you aren’t alone- many of us don’t have identity for a Life without something wrong inside or out.
It can feel like naivety or bypassing, but it isn’t, when you feel that truth in your sinew.
It isn’t about negating or dismissing our challenges, but actually embracing them so fully, we stop differentiating between what is a blessing and isn’t! Game over!
Embodying that in it’s fullness is my devotion, and invitation to you. Let’s live it in how we are, and what we create!

My astrologer friend, tells me this full moon/eclipse is a good time to check in- are we living our sacred purpose? Instead of giving into the malaise of “what’s the point?” to take the reins and re-commit to doing so where we aren’t. This is what we’ll explore in Embodiment Lab.
And in One Day of Love, we’ll take the view of the Beloved- seeing ourselves as the Beloved, meeting all the parts of us asking to be loved, from the inside out. Isn’t that beautiful?
Whether 2 of you come or 20, I’ll be here! Sharing the joy of living my sacred purpose, both feet in, meeting every hiccup as an invitation into deeper alignment, more joy and ultimately Love!

Allow yourself the luxury of one full body breath. And notice- “What if this thing isn’t a problem, but an invitation?”
Take a moment to feel your body, love yourself.
And see what unfolds from that new frequency.
