Always, there's a way through

No matter how deep our pain, no matter how old...

come to center is a labor of heart and fire, medicine for modern malaise. To support this work, share this post or become a subscriber.

I had such a moving day full of sessions with people I get to love on, the sweetness prodded me to share. In the video above I share two stories of the magic that just transpired in session (pardon the neighbor’s lawn mower in the video- it’s real Life, you know!).

The first, is of a client who comes in with a pesky voice in their head- nagging, sucking energy and confidence. The second is of sitting in the silence together, reaping the cultivation of depth.

This business of accompanying others through the fire and the feathers, is an honor.

It polishes me and I’m humbled and grateful for it.

Every now and then folks come to me, terrified and convinced that their pain and suffering are unique, hopeless and beyond all repair. Only to discover that delusion is part of the mechanism that keeps it in place.

Always, always- and I mean, always, there is a way through.

It’s famously been said- whether a room has been in the dark for a year or a lifetime or an hour, when you turn the light on, is it not immediately illumined?

The light of awake awareness can light up the darkest room within.

I share two stories that illustrate how this happens in my work, and invite you to remember, no matter what you face, no matter how dark or despondent, there is a path through.

“But narrow is the gate and difficult is the path that leads the way to life, and there are few who find it.” (Matthew 7:14)

This is what Yeshuah was talking about- embracing the fullness of our feeling being, the highs, the lows, and the in-betweens- and how doing so leads us to Life itself- aliveness, vibrance, and joy!

And few are those who find it, because most of us aren’t shown the way. And even fewer say yes, when we are.

But you, having read this now, you know now Beloved- that there is a way through.

What more, there are those who have gone before you through the depths of the so called dark, lept off the so called precipice, and turned around to lend a hand in the crossing of the Great Water, the Great Threshold.

I am just one of them.

Here to help you cross the thresholds you are on the precipice of- should you say yes, should you wish to turn towards your heart, your truth, your purpose, and walk through the gates together.

Stay true. Stay strong.
Know there is a way through. And that we’re out here, rooting for you.

in service, in love,
Ishita
