Dear Ones,
How many times do we freeze, contract, react in relating with the news headlines, with each other or even within ourselves? How can we stay related and resourced as we meet our edges? What is the healing movement? Where can we begin?
Kosha Joubert, my guest on today’s podcast has been walking these questions. Her story really models receptivity to Grace as a function of aligning with one’s inner purpose- following the true call of your soul.
As the CEO of the Pocket Project, she is devoted to creating pockets of coherence around the world where we can come together to digest the intensity that is not able to be digested alone. In that vein, I hope you’ll join us in this experiential conversation and write to us to tell us what touches you.
If it resonates, consider joining Kosha in the next Global Social Witnessing Training starting Sept 3!
with hope and care,
Ishita
